Garlic Butter Lemon Baked Tilapia

Main Dish: Garlic Butter Lemon Baked Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets (or other white fish like cod or swai)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Optional: pinch of paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over fish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with extra lemon wedges and parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toss all vegetables in olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the same 400°F oven for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
