In His Own Words
The Old Mass, See by See
Cotabato2025-12-08 – presentNo act of his own
What he inheritedNo decree, permission, suppression, expansion, or transfer of the Traditional Latin Mass by Inzon in Cotabato was found. The apparent October-versus-December contradiction is resolved by the appointment/installation distinction: appointed Cotabato September 8, 2025, while still Vicar of Jolo; appointed Jolo administrator October 14, 2025, while archbishop-elect; installed Cotabato December 8, 2025. GCatholic's 'Metropolitan Archbishop' styling in October 2025 is loose wording for an archbishop-elect and is not adopted.
Since the SSPX decree of 2 July 2026: No statement recorded as of 2026-10-26.

Jolo2025-10-14 – presentadministratorNo act of his own
What he inheritedApostolic Administrator of the Apostolic Vicariate of Jolo, appointed October 14, 2025, while archbishop-elect of Cotabato. The appointment is attested only by tier-3 sources (GCatholic and Catholic-Hierarchy event listings), cited honestly as such because no better source exists; the CBCP bishop page mentions no Jolo administrator appointment, and no Jolo vicariate or OMI Philippines announcement was retrievable. END NOT ESTABLISHED: the administration may have ended at the December 8, 2025, Cotabato installation or may continue; no successor was found as of October 26, 2026. The tenure is therefore left open, and no end date is invented. No Traditional Latin Mass act by Inzon as administrator was found. A live-browser hunt (Oct 26, 2026) found no vicariate announcement: no standalone vicariate website exists, both Facebook pages found are unofficial with no posts, and OMI Philippines pages searched show no October 2025 administrator announcement; OMI World's Sep 8, 2025 article names Inzon only as outgoing vicar apostolic of Jolo appointed to Cotabato.
Since the SSPX decree of 2 July 2026: No statement recorded as of 2026-10-26.

What he inheritedApostolic Vicariate of Jolo (a vicariate, not a diocese). No decree, permission, suppression, expansion, or transfer of the Traditional Latin Mass by Inzon as Vicar of Jolo was found. The Marbel SSPX history of the 1990s belongs to another jurisdiction and is not his act.

Domus Dei’s Verdict
The Bishop & the Mass of Ages
No governing act of his own found

No decree, permission, suppression, expansion, or transfer of the Traditional Latin Mass by Archbishop Inzon, as Vicar of Jolo, as administrator of Jolo, or in Cotabato, was found. Each tenure is coded separately.

The Jolo administrator tenure is tier-3-attested only (GCatholic and Catholic-Hierarchy event listings), and its end is not established: it may have ended at the December 8, 2025, Cotabato installation or may continue, and no successor was found as of October 26, 2026. The tenure is left open rather than closed on an assumption.
